MEET THE FOUNDER
At Accessible Ride Chicago, our journey began with a simple yet powerful inspiration: my son, Donta. As a dedicated working-class parent without a car, ensuring Donta's access to his education, where he receives essential IEP services as a diverse learner on the autism spectrum, has been a daily challenge. Despite the critical need for transportation assistance, navigating the bureaucracy of CPS has often left us feeling overlooked and unheard.
